Rio Grande San Antonio, TX 78203 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Please join us for the San Antonio Housing Authoritys Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Inspections Fair open house. SAHA will be introducing the updated HQS common failed item checklist. We will also discuss other inspection topics, introduce Administrative Plan updates regarding Inspections and view pictures of failed HQS items.
