Creative Engagement Director for Touring Consortium Theatre Company
and Pilot Theatre 2013

In addition to my role as Associate Artist at Pilot I managed, planned and in several
cases delivered the creative project work of the Touring Consortium (of whom Pilot
are the creative engagement partners). This involved initiating a schools partnership
program across five cities as well as creative projects in these cities aimed at
engaging with groups not currently attending the theatre. Furthermore I was
responsible for planning the creative resources (both digital and education pack) for
the Touring Consortiums productions.

Associate Artist at Pilot Theatre 2011 2013

As Associate Artist (a full time role) at Pilot Theatre I was a core member of Pilot!s
artistic team, inputting into the artistic strategy of the organisation as well as
associate directing (and staff directing the tours) of the companies larger projects and
directing smaller scale and international work.

I sit on the board of the charity, which is the national development agency for youth
theatre in England.

I was the creative leader for a three-week festival at York Theatre Royal,
programmed and run by people under the age of 26. As Artistic Director I was
responsible for creating the festival artistic vision, leading the programming and
creation of in house work as well as managing a large volunteer team.
