KAREN COUNTRY CLUB CHARITY GOLF DAY CHAIRMANS STATEMENT Friday 7th June 2013, was one of my highest

moments as your Chairman. Not because my team of Raphael Nzomo, Jinaro Kibet and John Katiku won the Charity Golf, but because we all delivered our 20th Anniversary of our Charity Golf Day with incredible enthusiasm and selfless support. The atmosphere in the Club was full of happiness and joy as we joined our hearts to give back to those a little unfortunate not to be lucky like we are. We all shared the wise truth that Giving and Receiving our two sides of one coin.

Our ever loving and gorgeous Ladies, Jackie Ayton and Cilla White have been incredible in the entire life of our Charity Golf Day, but this year was just exceptional as they marshaled the involvement of the whole Club family from our founding sponsors, new sponsors, members, management and staff. Its simply pleasant that we could raise KShs.3.4million with so much fun.

I must also thank Esther Lowe and Margaret Thande and the entire team in club services for their invaluable support to what has now become our cherished signature CSR event.
