Nuru Yakub Othman CEO and CTO Mr.Nuru holds BEng. Computer and information engineering from Malaysia and MAsc. computer Engineering from Concordia University, Canada. He is also holding a number of professional certications, including Microsoft Certied System Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certied Solution Developer (MCSD), Cisco Certied Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco small and medium Business Account Manager (SMBAM). He is also Certied in Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Telecommunication Industry Knowledge, HTML and JavaScript Programming, General Computer Support, D-Link products support as well as Administration of Unied Communication Systems and Call Center System Integration. Mr.Nuru has worked as telephony developer and later as head of R&D for a unied communication service provider in Malaysia. He then moved to Canada and was part of the support team for D-link product line in Canada. He has also spent 2 years of research Telecom Value Added Service at Ericsson Canada, in a joint project with Concordia University. Mr. Nuru has published and has been a future speaker in a number of international conferences, including the IEEE Symposium of Computer and Communication (ISCC06 and ISCC07), IEEE Consumer Communications and Networking Conference (CCNC07).
