Meccademia is a education corporate, it offers careeroriented training and preparatory education to students across UAE. MA partners with schools, universities and educational companies (publishers, e-learning companies and technology solutions providers) across the world, who can utilize MAs variety of education support services.

 Mr . K . Subramanian has founded Meccademia in year 2007 . Today, MA successfully operates in Dubai , Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. It has covered almost 70 % of market over there.

MA aims to be Asias leading education corporate & it has identified India as great potential market . In India, MA wants to make Pune as its head quarters for operation and wants to start its business from Pune itself.

 In India, MA wants to give preparation classes for Engineering , Medical and Commerce entrance exam.

SCENARIO 1 It consisted of finding out local level classes present in Pune and finding out its teaching and operating methodology. SCENARIO 2 It consisted of finding out National and (Maharashtra) State level Classes present in Pune. SCENARIO 3 It consisted finding out National and (Maharashtra) State level classes not present in Pune.

ANALYSIS & FINDING

Revenue calculation of each classes. Understanding the market potential. It also helped to analyze and understand different factors that motivates student to choose particular class.
