Conduct daily classroom observations, and provide one-on-one coaching for ten K-2 teachers. Lead monthly K-2 Literacy Team meetings to increase teacher collaboration, and improve literacy instruction. Use a balanced literacy approach to teach Readers and Writers Workshop in a Kindergarten classroom. Participate in the schools Family Engagement Committee.
