All Innerkrewe members are responsible for their own throws & costumes. Taxes are collected to cover the costs of the parade permits, insurance and admission to the parade and parties. The theme is a secret until the day of the parade except to members. All Innerkrewe members shall pay homage to the parade theme and are free to interpret the parade theme as they see fit, being bound only by the limits of good taste and the definition of satire. krewedelusion trusts you to work that out on your own. krewedelusion also trusts you not to reveal any krewe secrets. THE NIGHT OF DELUSION WAIVER AND RELEASE READ THE STANDARD SMALL PRINT BEFORE SIGNING In consideration of being accepted by Krewe Delusion, Inc, d/b/a/ krewedelusion (the Krewe) as a participant in the krewedelusion parade on or about February 15, 2014, and the krewedelusion pre!parade and post!parade parties (collectively, the Activity), I hereby acknowledge that I have been advised that accidents occasionally occur during the Activity, and that participants in the Activity may sustain personal injury or property loss or damage in the course of the Activity. KNOWING THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN THE KREWEDELUSION PARADE AND OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY, I ASSUME THESE RISKS, AGREE THAT I AM PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY AT MY OWN RISK, AND WAIVE ALL RIGHTS AND CLAIMS AGAINST THE KREWE OR ANY OF ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, OR REPRESENTATIVES, ARISING FROM ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT I MAY SUFFER DURING MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY OR AS A RESULT OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY. This release is intended to discharge in advance krewedelusion and its members, agents, officers, directors, employees, and representatives from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in the Activity, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities mentioned above, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This Waiver and Release is binding on myself, my heirs and assigns and is governed by Louisiana law. This Waiver and Release may be executed by means of my signature transmitted by facsimile, Internet, or by any means now known or hereafter discovered. Pending my acceptance to krewedelusion, I hereby swear unswerving loyalty to krewedelusion and fealty to its appointed regent. Your annual parade tax is $40.00 if paid by December 7, 2013 at midnight and at this moment dues shall increase to $50.00.
