MGNT 4080 - Managerial Skills for Modern Managers


Learning Outcome

Understand concepts and models underlying various personal and interpersonal skills in the work place. Develop effective communication skills to carry out managerial duties such as counseling problem employee and responding to customer demands. Develop critical thinking and decision making skills to handle various interpersonal issues such as handling complaints and criticisms.
