Policy To monitor adherence to IPAD handling procedures, identify employees with IPad handling problems and minimize loss. Procedure The Manager on Duty or assigned host/hostess (per SOP IPAD log, iPad lost/broken Reporting) will maintain a record of IPad shortages or mishandling for each Sever/ Bartender/ Cocktail Server, by day and report all activity daily to the Manager. The Manager is to be notified daily of any improper handling or shortages. Investigation Missing or mishandling is to be investigated by the appropriate department manager (F&B Manager) to determine whether they are explainable (e.g. a missing IPad at the end of the shift, improper sign out/ sign in, improper storage, negligence by not retrieving after guest usage, etc.) or unexplainable (leave it to Houdini). Once a shortage has been identified as explainable or unexplainable, the department manager is to prepare the appropriate paperwork as specified by the disciplinary procedure listed herein. A copy should be should be sent to the Human Resources Department for trace purposes. The department manager shall review it with the employee, have it signed, and forward a copy to the Human Resources Department, to be placed in the employees file. Within five working days of issuance, the Human Resources Department should verify that the paperwork has been received. If not, the Human Resources Department, with the department manager, shall then take the agreed upon action with the employee. Disciplinary Action The following disciplinary procedure is to be observed in the application of this policy. Similar information pertaining to their responsibility as Server, Bartender, and Cocktail Server should be presented to each employee at the time they are issued their IPad. They must sign this notification, which is then filed with their employee contract. 1. Unexplained missing/ broken of 1 IPad: a. First occurrence Written communication and counseling with employee. A $500 will be taken out from the employee paycheck for reimbursement. (The company considers as a part of tool like a uniform) b. Second occurrence Removal from Server, Bartender, Cocktail Server position Note: A second unexplained missing IPad would result in immediate removal from Server, Bartender, Cocktail Server position. In

order not to unduly penalize Servers, Bartenders for unexplained missing IPad, a one-year time frame will be observed in the application of this policy. When an occurrence becomes one year old it is to be ignored when determining the current number of occurrences outstanding.

Explained broken/ missing IPad: a. First through fourth occurrences Advice of broken/ missing. b. First occurrence Written communication and counseling with employee. Note: A six-month time frame will be observed in the application of this policy.

Cumulative unexplained Sign out/ sign in with Hostess initial within a one month period: a. First occurrence Written communication and counseling with employee. b. Second occurrence- Removal from Server, Bartender, and Cocktail Server position.

Cumulative explained broken / Missing IPad within a one month period: a. First and second occurrence Advice of broken/ missing. __________? b.
