Non-Harassment Policy Harassment is offensive, unwelcome physical or verbal behavior.

. It can include comments or conduct related to a persons race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability or veteran status. It may also include unwelcome behavior or conduct as set forth in Fontainebleaus Policy against Sexual Harassment. All incidents should be reported directly to management. There will be no reprisal or retaliation taken against persons who raise concerns about harassment. A thorough investigation will occur before any corrective action shall be taken. Policy against Sexual Harassment Sexual Harassment is unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sex (with or without related threats or promises of favors or other benefits) or other verbal or physical sexual conduct which could have a harmful effect on your work performance or create a hostile or offensive work environment. Examples: suggestive comments about a persons body, off color language or dirty jokes of a sexual nature, verbal or physical conduct relating to a persons sex or sexual orientation, offensive or unwelcome sexual flirtation, sexually degrading words, explicit written or photographic material, repeated unwelcome or unnecessary touching of any part of another persons body. Policy Against Workplace Violence Workplace violence is any act of physical aggression by an individual that occurs at the work site. Fighting, hitting or physically harming another Employee during work hours or on company property is strictly prohibited. Threatening another Employee (verbal or physical) is strictly prohibited. My signature below will serve as a re-commitment to the policies listed above. I understand that this will serve as my last warning on behaviors covered in these policies. Any further violations of this policy may result in my suspension with recommendation for termination.
