This is regarding the liabilities or obligation of SPO1 Ricardo B. Bulos about the scrap that
PAMECO sold to him and listed below;

Balance for the scrap picked-up September 22 and September 23, 2007 is 6,282.00

(October 27, 2007) Unpaid Scrap steel (DR. No. 2992) which was 4,100 kgs x 12 =
49,200.00,

(October 30, 2007) Unpaid Scrap Steel=1,482 kgs x 12 = 17,784

Scrap Plastic= 200kgs x 8 = 1,600
Tins and Cans= 34kgs x .60 = 20.40

Total-------------------= 74,886.40 pesos

The last communication with SPO1 Ricardo Bulos was March 7 and 8, 2008 with Ms.
Bhabycel Samson and in that conversation he promised to pay his obligation to PAMECO
on March 10, 2008 that is for partial payment 25,000 but he never came.

Sir Harry decided to file a case against him if he will not pay his obligations.
