) is a Pokmon spin-off video game developed by Genius Sonority for the Nint endo DS. It was first released in Japan on April 21, 2011.[1] It was released in Europe on September 21, 2012,[2] and was released in Australia on January 10, 2 013. Gameplay Players capture Pokmon by typing in their name into a wireless keyboard which bun dled with the game.[1][4][4] At the end of each stage, a boss Pokmon appears, suc h as legendary Pokmon Zekrom and Cobalion. Development The game was announced after a 3DS press conference.[5] Sales In Japan, Battle & Get! Pokmon Typing DS topped the sales charts in its first wee k, selling 59,363 copies.[6] The game continued to sell well months later, still being on the top ten charts for the week of June 13 through 19.
