What are Learning Breakfasts?

The CPD Learning Breakfasts are a new addition to the CPD Calendar at Welling School that aim to
inspire, motivate and encourage staff to acquire new skills, knowledge and resources that will make a
positive impact on our professional learning community. They are voluntary and led by staff for staff.
Each breakfast will begin with a serving of Croissants, juice, tea and coffee in the LRC at 7.30am, and
sessions will commence at 7.45am and last for between 30 and 40 minutes with a ‘How To’ focus. Each
breakfast will explore four key strands – Learning and Teaching, Tutor time, Communications and
Wellbeing. Below is a list of all the sessions. Please indicate which one you would like to attend and
return to Dawn Skinner by lunchtime on Tuesday 6th October 2009. If you are unable to attend
the event, resources from each session will be posted on the blog at: http://wellingpost-
