This is what is expected for the second lab experiment in these sections.

You are always welcome to add more! Abstract should include what was done in the lab, a summary of the results (do not include table or graphs) and state if the theory behind the experiment was verified by the results. Introduction an overview of what the experiment is about. This section should make me understand what the subject of the lab is about. Provide equation to support your explanations. Theoretical background this section should explain how the theory involved in the experiment translates to real life. Why is the experiment important? Like the name, you need to provide background information on the experiment (do not provide the same information as the introduction). Equipment list at least one picture is required here Procedure do not copy directly from the lab manual. This section should be written in past tense and should state what was done and how it was done. Results an explanation is needed for every plot, for example if your get a linear plot, explain why. This explanation is different from the discussion. Discussion in this section, match the theoretical background to the results, i.e. discuss if your results from the experiment verify the theory involved in the lab. Explain the reason for error if any. Conclusion was the experiment a success (why or why not)? What did you learn? References Refer to lab template for other sections
