Concern for: Field Engineer: 1. Low Accomplishment: 2. Material and Office Engineer: 1. Needed of additional manpower/person (lab aide) involve in verifying the quantity exist in different phase. 2. Low Production of Number of Piles: 3. Improving Daily Report by adopting other method in other project of JEMCO. Safety Officer: 1. 24 hour-operation must have on duty both safety and project nurse. 2. Counseled to all workers to use the portalet or own comfort room.
