ATC (Air Traffic Control)

Air traffic control guides aeroplanes for landing and taking off. Air traffic control operates from tall buildings on the run way. In many countries, ATC provides services to all private, military, and commercial aircraft
operating within its airspace.

The day-to-day problems faced by the air traffic control system are primarily related to the
volume of air traffic demand placed on the system and weather.

A prerequisite to safe air traffic separation is the assignment and use of distinctive call signs.
