The Rational behind designing this software is to simplify the work of accessing

individual information and also to execute some administrative work such as


Viewing staff records, Entering new staff records, Promoting and Demoting staffs, Evaluating Individual Performance based on the Annual Evaluating Criteria, Disciplinary action, Staff posting, Leave approval, Staff transfer, all electronically not manually as it was.
