TREATING & HANDLING OF OILFIELD WATER

COURSE OBJECTIVE:
This course covers the oily and waste water treatment in oil, gas processing and refining industries. It is based on industrial implementation of treatment methods and describes operators' experiences in running oily and waste water facilities in a number of plants.

Plant Facilities & Equipment (CPI, Cyclones, Strainers etc.)

API separators design , operation , troubleshooting Advanced technology in oily water treatment in oil and gas industry Control System & Operation Variables Water Injection Well Water Sampling & Analysis Quality Control Environmental Measures Safety Aspects Main sources of polluting effluents in refineries Details of the sequencing of waste water treatment The concept of toxic pollutants and particular treatments
