The Motorola Radius GP300 VHF or UHF handheld transceiver has a dedicated signal ort on its !ac" for rogra##ing it$ %ots of info on that su!&ect can !e found on the 'e!( !ut although the circuit 'asn)t co# licated( I didn)t find a P*B la+out for it$ I also 'anted so#ething to connect the RIB to the GP300 in a fast and eas+ 'a+$ ,hat I resent here is the result of #+ 'or" on this$ The circuit is &ust a R-./3/ to TT% ada ter$ -ince the data ort on the GP300 is !idirectional( a 0100 driver is used to control the data fro# P* to radio and fro# radio to P*$ -ince the !atter+ #ust !e re#oved to access the rogra##ing ort( the circuit should also rovide 0$2V to the 'al"ie$ That)s 'h+ I included the shunt regulator and the 341315 diodes6
