Program Description This program will expose the students to practical work expected of an Industrial Psychology graduate, e.g. office procedures and decorum, psychological tests, training programs, and personnel work. The student is to undergo 600 hours of on-the-job training and another 48 hours for briefing and orientation. The services are the Personnel Services, Guidance and Testing Services, and the College of the Dean, CAS. Industrial and commercial companies outside the school are most welcome. General Objectives Expose the students to the different aspects of personnel work, office procedures and decorum, and psychological tests available and applicable in EARIST different industries. Come up with observations on what is ideal and real based on the theory that the students has learned in the EARIST campus and in the real work world. Specific Objectives Preparation of personnel work as payroll and personnel records. Administer and evaluate psychological tests of student and employee applicants. Attend to inquiries and needs of the Deans Office of the College of Arts and Sciences. Attend other assignments as given to them by the Human Resources Division of the industry commercial establishment and educational institution.
