Both characters had changed and their meeting led to an unex"ected ending. The author had indeed im"ressed me with how the story de!elo"ed without any loo"holes. The text chosen is also the one which showed most emotions as well as the conflict in the story. 'or exam"le# the author wrotehis hand was steady when he egan reading ut it was trem ling efore he had finished.This showed how alarmed and angry he felt when he reali(ed his est friend had etrayed him.
