Leading A Warm Up Assignment

Your task is to lead the group in a warm up for the first 10-15 minutes of class time. It is expected that you will choose one-two activities that warm up the class physically and mentally. In other words, there must be an element of movement incorporated into part of the warm up and there must be an element of using ones mind (impulse actions, focus activities, etc). You will be marked on your enthusiasm, choice of a unique warm up game, and your explanation and leadership of the game.
