WEIR ENGINEERING SERVICES provides a full repair, overhaul and re-manufacture facility for liquid ring vacuum pumps of all makes and types from our facilities regionally. We repair component parts by various methods of reclamation including H.V.O.F. overlays of shafts, weld repair of impellers and plates, weld repair of end casings and stuffing boxes. We manufacture all component parts of the pump including but not limited to: End casings Mid and end plates H.P. and L.P. casings Pump shaft H.P. and L.P. impellers Bearing housings Stuffing boxes All of the above can be supplied in a wide range of materials Repaired and re-manufactured rotating elements are dynamically balanced to I.S.O. Grade 1.0 to ensure smooth and vibration free running. Casting of all components is carried out in our approved regional and UK foundries. Fabrication and machining of components are carried out exclusively in house in our regional facilities. All units are assembled and tested prior to dispatch.
