Learn to deal with those emotions in the msot intelligent way.

Write down all the negative things in relationship. All teh painful things. Ever ything that you heard from others and all teh bad experiences that you had. Woman would write a lot about these things. Now turn the page and write down all the beautiful things that had experienced a nd want in your relationship. People wont write much in this. :D So, eventually it comes out that 2/3 rd will be negative points while 1/3 rd wil l be positive points. Lot of memories stored in negative side which made relationships rather painful. So subconsciencously we feel why should be in a ralationship which is painful. Also on the other side of paper, there would be so unrealistic things which no p erson has ever achived which we keep in list. So that is a imbalance which is in our memory.
