Organisation 30 yrds x 30 yrds, 8 players, each with a ball. Cones are arranged inside the grid a yrd apart. 20 yrds x 20 yrds, separated into 4 grids. 8 players inside the grid, each numbered 1-8. 3 players start with a ball in hands and must throw to next consecutive number, 8 passes to 1. All players on the move. Once they pass they must visit another grid. Organisation: Combination Surfaces 20 yrds x 20 yrds, 8 players, each with a ball. Gates are arranged inside the grid a yard apart. Each player must scan forward, sideways and behind for space and run through an un occupied gate Progression Combine surfaces, alternate feet , change pace, and direction on gears 1-5 One player becomes the leader and wears a different colour bib. Each player must scan the grid for the leader and follow their move ( circle 360 with outside/ inside of foot scanning for space to exploit, stop and trap ball)
