NOTICE OF SELECTION OF WINNING BIDDER PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on February 26, 2014, the above-captioned debtors and debtors-in-possession (collectively, the Debtors) held an auction pursuant to the Order Approving Auction Procedures [Docket No. 242] and have selected Gordon Brothers Retail Partners as the winning bidder (the Winning Bidder). PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Agency Agreement with the Winning Bidder (the Agency Agreement) is annexed hereto as Exhibit A. The Agency Agreement does not contemplate the assumption or assignment of any executory contracts or unexpired leases. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of the proposed form of order approving the sale to the Winning Bidder is annexed hereto as Exhibit B. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that on February 27, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern), there will be a hearing to consider approval of the sale to the Winning Bidder before the Honorable Donald H. Steckroth, United States Bankruptcy Judge, at the United States Bankruptcy Court, Martin Luther King Jr. Federal Building, 50 Walnut Street, Courtroom 3B, Newark, New Jersey, 07102.

The Debtors in these chapter 11 cases are Dots, LLC, IPC/Dots LLC, and Dots Gift LLC. The last four digits of Dots, LLCs and IPC/Dots LLCs tax identification numbers are (3957) and (8282), respectively.
