Service area: Oahu Eligibility: Low income, single, working or in-job working program parents; Parents with Department of Human Services supplements, Child Protective Service, Open Doors client, Work Hawaii, Child Care Connection or First to Work. Target: Low income families or lower middle income families. Registration Fee: $40 Monthly Tuition: $575 for full-time students and $400 for Part-time Students. For qualifying military families, PATCH offers special referral services and resources.
