Windsock Project

1. Form a cylinder with construction paper. Staple or tape to hold together. 2. Use a whole punch to make 2 holes at the opposite ends about an inch from the bottom of the cylinder. 3. Thread yard through the holes and tie to form a handle. 4. Tape 4 strips of streamers to the other end of the cylinder. 5. Decorate! 6. Collect data 2 different times and record on the next page. (This can be all in the same day or on different days)
