PERUSSION ENSEMBLE : 2014 MARCH SCHEDULE:

1) Wednesday, March 5, 6:00PM-8:15PM: Riverside Middle School Stage Rehearsal/Pizza Night: Please make every effort to attend this rehearsal as it is the stage rehearsal before URI as we are competing in the high school trophy division this year. Pleasse arrive by 5:45PM I may likely need volunteers to help move some equipment to Riverside beforehand. Wear regular clothes for rehearsal. This rehearsal is for BOTH the Riverside Percussion ensemble and the Community PE. 2) Saturday March 8, URI PAS Festival: Please make every effort to be at URI by 12:30PM. The PE Competition starts at 1:00PM. (There is no bus this year so please make plans accordingly. Expect about 1 hour drive to Kingston. Carpooling arrangements are welcome. The URI Festival should be done somewhere between 4:00-5:00PM. Community PE students should have usual black outfits (Riverside PE also needs white shirts), sheet music sticks and mallets. I may likely need volunteers to help move some equipment to URI. Driving Directions to Riverside Middle School:
Riverside Middle School: 179 Forbes Street Cross route 6 onto Mink St and follow down to lights at Wampanoag Trail. Take left at lights and turn onto first right which is Forbes St. Riverside Middle school is on the left.

Driving Directions to URI Kingston Campus: Fine Arts Center

From the north, take I-95 South to Exit 9 (Route 4 South) in RHODE ISLAND, follow Route 4 to Route 1 South. Stay on Route 1 until the intersection of Route 138 West. Route 138 West will bring you to the University. From the south, take I-95 North to Exit 3A (Route 138 East). Continue east on Route 138 to the University. From Newport, follow Route 138 West over the Newport and Jamestown bridges to Route 1. Take Route 1 South to Route 138 West. Follow Route 138 West to the University.
