1. Prepare a report on the basis of the following points : 5 marks a. Analyze the sector prospect , Business Opportunities, Cost Benefit Analysis, Opportunity Cost Analysis, Customer Expectations of Service, Customer Perceptions of Service , aligning of service design and standards, delivery, performance and management of services , quality standards and bench marks, reasons for failure of service delivery, use SERVQUAL and highlight on the dimensions of quality. b. Comparative Evaluation of Indian and International Company from the sector 2. Develop a casestudy on one of the company from the above , highlighting the major problem, Differentiating work culture, and any other major innovative service culture , quality dimensions and measures ( atleast 5page). 5 marks
