Then, the DSM server will auto copy the transaction log every 20mins & restore the transaction log every 30mins. 2) The link between customer & DSM server are connected via Secure VPN connection. 3) We will set customer server to backup the transaction log & keep it for 10 days to prevent transaction log chain broken due to connection interruption. 4) DSM will frequently check the log shipping is properly done
