Reflection Connecting Outcomes, Standards, and Artifacts By developing and planning a budget for a media center, I have acquired necessary knowledge that I will use as program administrator in a library. This project taught me the items that must be considered in budget planning such as equipment repair, demographic and population growth, updates to the collection, and other supply needs. Planning a budget requires thought and justification of every item, especially with these times of tighten budgets. This project helped me visualize ways to highlight the best features of the collection, and create a satisfying learning environment that is inviting to all patrons and stakeholders. These skills will enable me to be an efficient program administrator. (AASL 5.3, PSC 1.e)
