Bread is very popular to us. It serves during breakfast and snack. It is made with combination of dough flour, water and some additives. Bread has a different kinds of flavor. Many of us ate bread when breakfast together with a hot coffee.

Abayons bakery is own and manage by Mrs. Mercuria N. Abayon, She is 57 years of age, and presently residing at zone 4 , Bulan Sorsogon. Mrs. Mercuria N. Abayon starts her bussiness at the month and year of january 2001, with the capital of 100,000.00.

Mrs. Jennifer Hipos is one of the buyer of bread in Abayons Bakery. She live in barangay Sitio, San Jose Calomagon. According to her, it was so many bakeshop here in Bulan, but in the Abayons bakery choose her taste because it serves different kind of breads and especially it is delicious.
