To Human Recourse Director, I am excited to be applying for the opening at Walnut elementary in Emporia, Kansas. I am currently doing my intern with the 3rd grade class, at Walnut Elementary, and have received the highest marks on evaluations from my mentor, Mrs. Jones. I will bring my uplifting personality, positive attitude, and knowledge gained from the outstanding elementary education program that Emporia State University has given me, into the classroom. With the education program and my experience, I am sure we can set up an interview to discuss in detail, your needs with my qualifications and how I can fill those needs. My mentor, rated me as a top notch future teacher with the highest marks on all my evaluations in the areas of classroom management, strategies, ability to relate to each student, and my professional attitude and enthusiasm that I brought into the classroom every day. I am eager for the opportunity to pursue my passion, and be the teacher and mentor for so many young children. Thank you for your consideration to be part of the teaching staff at Walnut Elementary.

Respectfully, Eldon E. Hinck
