What is one LP attribute or ATL skill trait that you are particularly proud of? Explain using a specific example.

The LP and ATL skill trait that I am particularly proud of is being organized and caring. Throughout the semester, Ive been trying to be organized and make sure that I finish all of my work like during my English A and Humanities class, the time that was provided to finish the homework is only one night so I am organized by managing to finish all of my homework. and also show care towards others like my friends and make sure that they are okay while I would also help them out with their work.
What is one LP attribute or ATL skill that you would like to focus on for improvement? Explain using a specific example.

THE LP and ATL skills that I would like to focus on for improvement is my transfers skill and being balanced because I still have to be balance with my sleeping habit since I never get enough sleep every single day due to school work. I tend to forget things in class, which lacks my transfer skill so I believe that I can work more on that as well.

SMART Goal Setting

Goal Statement In the box below, write a SMART Goal statement that addresses the LP attribute or ATL skill that you would like to focus on for improvement. Complete this Goal Statement at the first Student-Led Conference with the help of your parents and HR teacher. Since I have achieved my smart goal from last semester already, which is to achieve the academics and excellence, I would want to make this process an on going process. My new smart goal for this semester is not to only achieve the academic and excellence again but to also be a balance person, make sure that I am organize, get enough sleep, time to do homework and eat so that I would not be tired.
Copy and paste a tick () in each column when your goal has been SMART checked by you, your parent and your HR Teacher

Specific Measurable Attainable Relevant Time-Bound

Is your goal clear and focused? Can you measure or monitor your goal quantitatively? Is this a realistic goal for you? Is your goal appropriately challenging? Is it clear when your goal should be achieved?

How will you make sure you are making progress towards your goal? I will make sure that I am making progress towards my goal by actually not procrastinate and make sure that I do my homework first before I start to socialize with my friends. Another thing is that I have to manage the time when I have to eat well and also do my work.

How can your parent and HR teacher help you to achieve this goal? My parents can help me by keeping track of my sleeping habits and eating and also remind me to do my homework early often so that I would not lack anymore sleep.
