1. INTRODUCTION
This guide will tell you how to set up Custom Events and add them to members accounts.
Name is the event name (this has a maximum of 10 characters) Code is the event code Page 2
Description is a long description. This will show in Front of House, underneath the event name. Category is the appropriate event category Severity this needs to be more than 0. Setiing a severity of 30 or more will take users to the member control screen when the member swipes in at Front of House. Setting a severity of 50 or more will put the member on hold until the event is resolved. Click OK and the event will be created.
3. ADDING THE CUSTOM EVENT TO MEMBERS THROUGH THE BULK LOG TOOL 3.1. RUN A REPORT TO FIND THE APPROPRIATE SUBSET OF MEMBERS
The Active Members report (found under Memberships >> Member List Report >> Member Status) can be customised to give you a list of specific members. This is probably the most appropriate report to use for this situation, though any other report can be used; you only need to get the membership numbers for the members the event will be raised against.

Click the Events tab and check the Enabled checkbox. Browse for your event in the Category and Event Type dropdown boxes. Add an event date and a comment (if wanted) and click Add Event.
Click the Complete tab, add a note and click Validate then Process, then Yes.

4. ONCE COMPLETE
Once this is complete the event will show when the member swipes in to Front of House, as shown:
Any user with the security token FOH_CAN_RESOLVE_EVENT will be able to click the resolve it, removing it from Front of House.
