Aaron Riecke Career Explorer Plan After completing the three assessments and exploring the Indiana Career

Explorer website, I found out that some of my career interests are Therapeutic Services, Governance, Counseling and Mental Health Services, Teaching and Training, and Correction Services. I had mostly thought that my main career interests are Correction Services, Public Safety, and Engineering and Construction. None of the other career choices have crossed my mind as much as the other ones. One of the other things that I found out about myself after completing the three assessments is my skill confidence. One example of my skills confidence is being recommended to work in the field of Health Informatics. Again, this does not interest me much. One field that the Indiana Career Explorer recommended me to work in that I am also interested in working in is the Emergency and Fire Management Services. The Indiana Career Explorer website also informed me about some of my work values. According to the assessment, I want a job that is more centered on accomplishment than anything else. Some other work values of mine are innovation and prestige. The lowest two areas of work values of mine are workplace and income. Those two things do matter, but never will as much as accomplishment.
