FullyalarmedthatNorthKoreahasthreatenedtoattackWashingtonwithnuclear weapons,declaredastateofwarwithneighboringSouthKoreaandwarneddiplomatsto evacuatethepeninsulaaccordingtoHowtostoptheNorthKoreanmadness,

HavingheardthataNorthKoreandiplomatheldapressconferenceattheNorthKorean embassyinBejay,andwarnedtheBBCthatasmallincidentcouldtriggeran unimaginableconflict,

ReaffirmsthatNorthKoreatestslongrangeballisticmissilesbecauseaccordingtoBBC NewsAsiaarticlethemilitarywantstomakesurethatithasalongerrangemissilethat works,

RecallingtheUKwasdeeplyconcernedabouttheimpactofthisunpredictableregime onstabilityintheregion, Notingwithdeepconcernthatsomeexportscanbedonejustwiththepushofabutton

1.TheUnitedKingdomapprovestomakediplomaticrelationswithNorthKorea 2.EncouragestocreatepeacealongtheKoreanPeninsula 3.DrawstheattentionthatifNorthKoreadoesnotsubmittothedemandsofthe SecurityCouncilitcouldbepunishedwithsanctions,embargos,andhelpandaidshould becutofffromthecountry 4.Expressesitshopethattheseactionswouldhopefullybeanexchangeforwar 5.Stronglysupportsthattheirowncountry,UK,shouldstayoncourseandcontinueits opendialoguewithNorthKorea 6.StronglysupportsandshouldofferNorthKoreabettersecurityassurances 7.Recommendsthatothernuclearreactorsshouldbeheldresponsibleinneutraland morestablecountries 8.AcceptsthefactthatNorthKoreashouldstaysovereignandtheyhavenorightsto taketheirsovereigntyawayfromthem 9.Proclaimsthattheircountry,theUnitedKingdom,tothinkofacorporationthatis strategic: (a)FreetouseforceagainstPyongyang,thecapitaloftheDemocraticPeoples RepublicofKorea, (b)HaveeveryrighttoseizetheKangNam,treatthecrewasprisonersof war,andconfiscateitscargo,
