1. The worker does not wear safety glasses. A metal chip or powder may likely enter the eyes any moment. 2. The work is not fastened. The worker's left hand may be widely swung. 3. The worker is doing the work with a pair of gloves on. The gloved hands can easily get caught with the drilling machine.
