PR-450
Description
SILICONE RESIN PR-450 is based on amino functional silicone fluid, with special equipment to make this emulsion. It can be applied on Polyester, Nylon, Cotton and its rich blend fibers and textiles with unique softening, elastic and smooth effect.

Processing
To dilute to 20% emulsion (filter before packaging) PR-450 Surfactant E-814 Water HAc TOTAL(20%) 53KG 2KG 65KG 0.5KG 120.5KG <- To stabilize and disperse - the emulsion, usage is for reference only, consult our technicians for a more accurate formula Usage is 1~3%, press under 160~180

Characteristics
Imparts hydrophobic property to the textiles and fibers with a pleasing full and smooth handle. Has wrinkle resistance effect on the fabrics. For the knitting fabrics, has elastic and stretch back effect, Also, it shows softening and smoothness on cottons and its blends. Good surface abrasion and washing resistance. Compatible with most other silicone emulsions if blending is desired. Can be applied with other resins to strengthen its total effect.

Storage
When stored in its original unopened packaging at a temperature between +5 C and + 40 C, PR-450 may be stored for up to 16 months from its date of manufacture (expiry date). Comply with the storage instructions and expiry date marked on the packaging. Past this date, TAI COUNTY no longer guarantees that the product meets the sales specifications.
