Biology

Temporal: Tigers do many things at night, they prowl, hunt, eat and check out their territory, so we can say a tiger is nocturnal, but still does activities on the day

Behaviour: A tiger is solitary not like other cats (lions) that travel in packs. A male tigers behaviour is aggressive when another tiger disturbs or enters a guarded territory because thats the place where they do all their daily activities, meanwhile a female tiger is more interested in rearing their young

Reproduction: Tigers do not have a specific date for reproduction; they are able to reproduce at any time of the year, but most of the time it happens through late November and early April. Males are able to mate when they are 5 and females when they are 3 . Once they have reproduced it takes 16 weeks for the cubs to be born. Once the cubs become 1-2 years old they are ready to split from their mother. Female tigers are most likely to have territory close to their mother meanwhile a male goes far away.
