FORMING A PEACEFUL PALESTINE ISRAEL TREATY

The Security Council, and General Assembly, Iran (Dylan Williamson) Bearing in mind that the Israel, Palestine conflict is of immediate importance and must be resolved, Reaffirming that passed resolutions such as resolution 181, which states, On its arrival in Palestine the Commission shall proceed to carry out measures for the establishment of the frontiers of the Arab and Jewish States and the City of Jerusalem in accordance with the general lines of the recommendations of the General Assembly on the partition of Palestine. Nevertheless, the boundaries as described in Part II of this Plan are to be modified in such a way that village areas as a rule will not be divided by state boundaries unless pressing reasons make that necessary. The resolution was a global goal to remove Israeli citizens from Palestine. The resolution however, was declined by both states, Recognizing that each state is entitled to land that is equally and historically theirs, Taking into consideration of the current environment that the Palestinian refugees live in, lacking basic human rights, Bearing in mind that resolution 194 declares Resolves that the Holy Places - including Nazareth religious buildings and sites in Palestine should be protected and free access to them assured, in accordance with existing rights and historical practice; that arrangements to this end should be under effective United Nations supervision; that the United Nations Conciliation Commission, in presenting to the fourth regular session of the General Assembly its detailed proposals for a permanent international regime for the territory of Jerusalem, should include recommendations concerning the Holy Places in that territory; that with regard to the Holy Places in the rest of Palestine the Commission should call upon the political authorities of the areas concerned to give appropriate formal guarantees as to the protection of the Holy Places and access to them; and that these undertakings should be presented to the General Assembly for approval, Keeping in mind the UN charter specially, Chapter 1: Purposes and Principles section 1, which states To develop friendly relations among nations based on respect for the principle of equal rights and selfdetermination of peoples, and to take other appropriate measures to strengthen universal peace; ( Chapter 1: Purposes and Principles, section 1). Also keeping in mind section 2 which declares, To achieve international co-operation in solving international problems of an economic, social, cultural, or humanitarian character, and in promoting and encouraging respect for human rights and for fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, sex, language, or religion, Welcoming any support from the general assembly for the future prosperity of both states, those who feel devoted to the issue at hand, and all security council and general assembly to become conscious of the following,

1. Calls that Israeli soldiers and citizens will take leave of Palestinian territory within 6 months after this resolution is passed; 2. Urges that all Israeli soldiers stop all violence directed awards Palestinians, And further proclaims that all following acts of violence will end in the immediate termination of this resolution: (a) Any violence directed towards an Israeli from a Palestinian, unless in self-defense will mean the immediate end of this resolution: (b) All acts of territorial movements must not be in action while the resolution is in action: 3.
