Attendees: Lay, Terry, Marlene, John, Carleton, Steve, & Sheronda

1. Injury Report: No injury for the month. 2. Physical Plant Issues/Environment: Heat and toilet has been fixed. 3. Emergency Drills: N/A 4. Hazardous Materials: MSD book hasnt been audited. We will be looking more into it. 5. Utilities: Internet/Phone issues. MI has been informed. Continuous internet/phones issues has been occurring frequently due to service change over. Comcast will be visiting Dover office to resolve any internet issues. 6. Vehicles: No accidents has been reported. 1213, 1087, 1155, 1213, 1206 vehicles are in the shop. 1213 vehicle (tire issues), 1155(currently out for transmission repairs). 7. Work Place Safety: We made it through the winter successfully. ** Direct care staff will be participating every month in safety committee meetings. The next meeting April 10th, 2014 at 11:30am. (Every month on second Thursday).
