STAGE 1) Sensory Motor

AGE 0-2

DESCRIPTION This stage of development is the reflex stage. Learning takes place through stage. Eg. A baby cries when its hungry At this stage, egocentric stage where the child shows ownership of things. They are opinionative, they find reasons for their actions. They consider some outcomes for their actions. They produce more than one view point, they cant perform abstract thinking. Is able to perform abstract thinking. Decisions are based on theories.
