Damages at dried sludge storage area bldg.no 3-KSES observed that the damages found at dried sludge storage bldg no.3 have been caised by the delivery truck who delivered materials at site Site wide -Due to improper work planning and inefficient work supervision ,the work force is idle at mny locations of entire site Building-(1).Contractors response to the site observation report 101 dated 06 november 2011 is not acceptable (SOR response attached. (2) Site observation (non conformance):the edges of the door openings sills of buildings are weak and unstable due to poor bond of plaster with beam /slab and the absence of plaster stopper at the edge. KSES to propose Engineer an acceptable system or method to make the edges strong It has been observed that in dried sludge building the tanking membrane termination works progressing incorrectly .The workers chopping the previosly installed tankink membrane without leaving the required provision lap
