Other observations (1) Air Flow meter was showing 25 units system leakage. BP was 5.0Kg/Cm sq and MR was 9.0 Kg/CM Sq. (2) Hand brake of the loco was not working. KM logging was not done by the CR crew from NSICT (3) The air dryer of the loco was found working. (4) All the 05 Cautious drives (CDs) were observed with respective speed restrictions. (5) The loco Pilot was giving proper releasing time after each brake application before notching up. (6) There were 02 firextinguishers in each cabin of the loco and their refilling dates were 09.3.14.
