To demonstrate this VI's functionality: 1. Make sure you connected the cables and sensors correctly.

Open Two Plane s Balancing.vi 2. The VI should be properly configured on the Configuration Tab before run ning the VI. 3. The second tab being shown should be the waveform tab. Make sure the mac hine you want to test is running and click the Acquire button Check the three waveform graph, they should show tachometer signal as we ll as accelerometer signals. This can be an indicator showing if there is any connection mistake. 4. Go to the Initial page. Click Acquire . You will have the initial vibration level of both planes. 5. Go to the 1st Trial page. Stop the motor and place your trial weight on 1st plane. Enter the weight and the place you installed it (in degrees). Then run the motor again and click Acquire . You will see the result of the vibration levels of both planes changed. 6. Go to the 2nd Trial page and do the similar thing as step 4. 7. Stop the motor. Go to the solution page, click the Solution button. The pr ogram will show you how much weight you should add to the planes and where should you locate them, please do so. 8. Run the motor again and click Acquire . You will find the vibration level o f before balancing and after balancing. There is also a comparison.
