The People Behind the Certification Department

Volunteers are what make the IVAA what it is. The Certification Department is no different; we wouldnt be able to run as smoothly as we do without the great efforts of the volunteer team behind the scenes in the Department. Megan Barber is our current EthicsCheck administrator. If you have questions about the exam, shell guide you through finding the answers. She maintains the EthicsChecked database and processes all exam requests and results. Megan is the owner of Barber Virtual Assisting Solutions, which she started in January of 2005. Her company specializes in real estate support, and together with her team, provides high quality support services to real estate professionals. Megan has worked behind the scenes of the real estate industry for over 10 years with extensive experience in the real estate world not only as a VA, but as a real estate office manager, in-house Realtor assistant, and an advertising coordinator/marketing assistant for a major real estate company. In 2006, Megan had earned a Real Estate Sales Persons license in the state of New Jersey. She is both an EthicsChecked VA and Certified Real Estate Support Specialist (CRESS), by the International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA). Elizabeth Brazeau is our team administrative support go-to person. Behind the scenes she helps the team stay organized by routing e-mails to the appropriate person. She also coordinates the gathering and layout of our numerous monthly reports. Elizabeth is the owner of BCG VA Virtual Support Services, which operates from its head office in Toronto, Ontario. BCG VA provides cost-effective, off-site legal secretarial and administrative support to lawyers and legal professionals within Canada, and general administrative support to non-legal businesses in Canada and abroad. assistance with the production of legal agreements and pleadings, correspondence, internet research, account preparation, proofing and editing support, and calendar management and travel assistance. Elizabeth also holds IVAA EthicsChecked and CRESS designations, and is a member of IVAA, CVAN, and VANA. Elizabeths website can be found at www.businesscompendiumgroup.ca. Ken Pezanowski is our current CVA administrator. He manages to answer all CVA related questions as well as maintain the extensive database required to oversee the CVA exam process. Ken is the Vice President and Co-owner of Colorful Concepts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As one of the few men to have made a successful career as an Executive Assistant and a Virtual Assistant, he has over twenty-two years of experience at all levels of management support. Ken offers a wide range of services including full administrative support, graphic design, desktop publishing, marketing and human resources support. The technology at Colorful Concepts is top-notch and he believes in continuously building upon his skill sets through ongoing education and training. Ken holds IVAAs Certified Virtual Assistant (CVA) certification and is also a member of the International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA), Delaware Valley Virtual Assistants Association (DVVAA) and Virtual Assistant Chamber of Commerce. Wenda Rogers is our current CRESS administrator. Questions related to the CRESS exam will be directed to Wenda and all exam requests and results will be taken care of by her. Wenda, owner of Around the Clock Solutions, is an NAR Certified Real Estate Virtual Assistant who specializes in "eliminating the tasks that inhibit listing and closing" for real estate professionals. She offers full-service real estate support services including, but not limited to, listing coordination, transaction management, marketing campaigns, database management, drip campaigns, client follow up, lead generation, social media marketing and networking, action plan and task list creation, brochures, property flyers, website maintenance, Remax Design Center, Leadstreet, Leadrouter, Top Producer and much more. Wenda also holds the CRESS designation and is a member of IVAA.
