Q4: Who would be the audience for your media product?

Age: We have decided that the most suitable target audience age would be between 15-21, teenagers and young adults. It is because we are dealing with a thriller that is based on jealousy but also murder, meaning that teenagers are more likely to see this thriller than adults. But also it links in with the characters being 16 and 17, also means that the audience can relate to the characters in the thriller.

Gender: Our main character Michael is a male, and male characters in our thriller have more screen time in our thriller than female characters. Meaning that the gender of our target audience would most likely be male audience. Also because we are challenging the stereotype of female characters being overpowered by male characters which also would reflect upon who our target audience may be.

Ethnicity: To do with ethnicity I would most likely say something really boring and say that it would most likely be everyone. Since we dont really targeted towards any race or culture in specific. But then I have to say that although we did not aim to have a specific ethnicity group we did only have white British teenagers in our thriller, which would mean that our ethnicity group would be targeted at white British people. Also, I was the cinematographer of our thriller and I am not British but I am Hungarian. Which might mean that my origins may make Eastern Europeans a smaller targeted group also.

Conclusion
As a conclusion to who would our target audience may be, Id say that our thriller is aimed at a younger audience, teenagers and young adults in the age 15-21 because the audience can relate to the actors. Ethnicity group of white British, male gender sine the main character and with the most screen time is male.
