3.1 RESEARCH METHODOLOGY Achieving accuracy in any research requires a deep study regarding the subject.

Secondary data has been used to support data in the project wherever needed. Research is a diligent and systematic inquiry or investigation into a subject in order to discover or revise, theories, applications etc. methodology is the system followed by particular discipline. Thus, research methodology is the way how a person conducts his research. Research methodology is defined as a highly intellectual human activity used in the investigation of nature and matter and deals specifically with the manner in which data is collected, analyzed and interpreted. . 3.2 DATA COLLECTION METHOD There are two types of method of data collection Primary Data - Primary data is that which is collected for the first time. It can be collected using questionnaires , observation method Secondary Data -It refers to the data that has been already collected. It can be collected from books, journals, newspapers.

The project depends upon the secondary sources. The secondary data which has been used to carry out this study is as follows: Books Journals Magazines Newspapers Company Website

3.3 LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY

Since the road to improvement is never ending, so this study also suffers from certain limitations. Some of them are as follows: Time period as the time available was not sufficient for the study of the available data. There was a lack of availability of data as the project depends upon the secondary sources. Cost involved for the collection of data through secondary sources is high. As the data is collected from secondary sources therefore the accuracy of data is less. Inflexibility of data is there.
